Men will always lie to avoid confrontation.
Men will lie to avoid hurting your feelings.
Men will lie because he loves you too much to lose you.

Update: A young man confessed to me today there was one more reason rarely talked about. He said a man will lie so he doesn’t appear weak.

My thoughts on this revelation: All men gay or straight lie for the three reasons above, however not all men want to be perceived as macho or strong. I’ve had a few occasions myself to fulfill the desires of a couple of weak men. Not my cup of tea however you learn something new everyday.
